Energy & Utility Skills have developed this safety training passport scheme for operatives, supervisors and managers working in the telecommunications industry.

The training consists of 7 modules which cover basic safety principles, as well as general and industry specific hazards.

No additional tests are required to get the CSCS card for your staff.

Cost includes the virtual and physical EUSR Cards.

SHEA Telecoms: Important Changes
From 01 July 2026, the CSCS partner card status is being removed from the SHEA Telecoms cards. The SHEA course will still lead to a green labourer CSCS card, but it will be a separate card and at an additional cost.
Other CSCS cards can be applied for but proof of qualifications/skills/training will be required. Further information on these changes can be found on the EUSR website here.
