EUSR Safe Dig Cat 1 & 2: Combined
Cost: £300 + vat EUSR Safe Dig Cat 1 & 2 Combined covers Category 1: Locate Utility Services and Category 2: Implement Safe Digging Practices. By the end of the course learners will understand the basics of HSG47 and be able to locate services with a CAT & Genny, and dig to expose them safely.

About the Event
EUSR Safe Dig Category 1 & 2 combined is delivered over one and a half days. It covers Category 1: Locate Utility Service and Category 2: Implement Safe Digging Practices:
- HSG47 Avoiding danger from underground services
- Interpret service drawings
- Use a CAT & Genny to locate underground services
- Use safe digging techniques
- Identify the hazards and dangers associated with excavations and buried services
1st day: 08:00-15:00. 2nd day: 08:00-13:00. Lunch will be provided on the first day only. Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements or allergies.
You must bring your own PPE to the course. This must be a high vis jacket or vest, steel toe cap boots and a hard hat for the first day. High vis, boots, hard hat gloves, glasses, dust mask, ear defenders for the second day. If you do not bring the correct PPE you will not be permitted to participate in the practical elements of the course.
